A little about the owner, Edith Barthelemy.
While growing up in Limousin, France and working in her parent’s logis de france (bed and breakfast) in the beautiful village of Mortemart. After attending art school in tourraine to pursue additional interests she decided to follow her dreams and enrolled in a culinary academy gaining further experience at a Relais & Chauteaux Maitre’d.
Opening her own restaurant in Limoges. Le Boeuf gros sel proving to be a success Edith formed a Garden design company with clients extending to Poland. Upon her mother Gisele’s advice she sold her company and moved to the United States where she honed her skills in both the kitchen as well as dining room.
Seeing a chance to fulfill her dream Edith purchased FrencysTable Restaurant in October of 2014 continuing the tradition of the previous chef’s fresh seafood delicacies Edith has added her signature desserts as well as a guest first focus.
